Item no.2.1.8. At PKS/TSS, 02 set of heater with blower arrangement has to be done at the both ends of the 11Kv breaker panel .

Item no.2.1.9. At RSB/TSS, 11Kv cables may be required to be relayed during panel replacement works. Therefore, provision of cable hangers, if required, has to be supplied and erected during execution of the work. Decision in this regard of Metro Railway will be final.

Item no.2.1.10 The shutdown period for carrying out the works against item nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4 of schedule-1A should not be more than 07 days for each of items mentioned as Metro services may get affected due to the said shut down. As such, the tenderer must note the same before quoting .

Item no.2.3.10. For retrofitment of 33Kv & 11Kv breakers, the respective breaker cubicles along with the bus bar and its associated connectors (female part) are not to be modified / changed to keep the provision of interchangeability between existing breakers and the new breakers.

Item no:2.13.0. All incoming breakers should have 3-f P.T. and all outgoing breakers should be supplied with 2-f P.T. for providing necessary indication in the control panel.

Item no:2.14.0 In the present panel, there are five types of relays (viz., IDMT, motor protection, Definite time, Definite time with Instantaneous setting & Restricted earth fault), which are proposed to be replaced by a single Numerical relay. The relay should include all the features.

Item no:2.15.0 All the breakers should be with multi function meters to have the readings of current, voltage, active power, reactive power, maximum demand, power factor etc. Existing Multi function meters may be used for the purpose.

Item no:2.16.0 Protection relays must be communication type and should be compatible to the existing SCADA system.

Item no:2.17.0 Indication of bus voltage, load current should be available with all the breakers which will also be reflected on the control panel

Item no:2.18.0 Breaker panels should be provided with thermostat operated heater in the breaker chamber, bus chamber, and in the portion for outgoing terminals

Item no:2.19.0 An exclusive cubicle for terminating the cables from LRC panel is to be erected from where tapping for RTU will be taken. They will be required to liaison with M/s. ABB, existing AMC holder of SCADA system to ensure proper commissioning.

Item no. 2.20.0.Tenderer must mention the quantity of control cables required as well as the brand name of the control cables to be supplied along with the offer for connecting RC/RTU Panel with breaker.

Item no:2.21.0 Tenderer must submit the basic diagram and scheme for interlocking arrangement between the CBs along with offer.

Item no:2.22.0 Schedule-1A: Price shall also include the cost of supply and erection of bus P.T. & feeder P.T.

Item no:2.23.0 The equipments for MHR/ASS is to be transported through tunnel from DMI/TSS or PKS/TSS.

Item no:2.24.0 During commissioning of breakers i f required, 11Kv-jointing kit has to be supplied and erected by the tenderer.

2. The following items are corrected in respect of quantity and capacity of breakers in stead of existing one of Explanatory notes of schedule of prices (Part-III,Chapter-IV),Schedule -1C at Pages- 63 and 64.

Item no: 8. Capacity of the breakers shall be 2500 A for 03 nos. of breakers and 1600A for 02 nos. of breakers in lieu of 800A.

Item no: 10. Capacity of the breakers shall be 2500 A for 03 nos. of breakers and 1600A for 02 nos. of breakers in lieu of 1600A
