| Corrigendum No. 1 dated 23.03.2010 to the Tender Document of Tender No. Civil/1882 for “Execution of Civil Engineering works within Noapara Car Depot Complex of PSC viaduct and Station Building in connection with Extension of Metro Railway from Dum Dum to Baranagar.” |

1. A Pre-bid conference for the above tender was held on 16.03.2010 followed by site visit on 17.03.2010. Based on unanimous request of all the potential tenderers, the date of opening of the instant tender is deferred to 12.04.2010 instead of 26.03.2010. The time of submission and opening of the same will remain unchanged on the shifted date.

| 2. Accordingly the Tender Document will be sold upto 18.00 hrs of 09.04.2010. |

| 3. Item No. 1.20.1 of Instructions to the Tenderers of Page 22 should be read as “Any delayed/late tender received after 1200 hrs. (not necessarily after 12.30 hrs.) of 12.04.2010 will be dealt with as per extent rules.” instead of existing entry. |

4. In the tender document wherever the word used as “PSC Box Girder” should be read as “PSC ‘I' Girder.” |

5. Based on the decision in pre-bid conference there are some changes in the schedule which will be up-loaded at the web site of Metro Railway ( www.kolmetro.com ) by 27.03.2010. The tenderer should be submitted only on the Updated/Revised Schedule. All the tenderers who have physically purchased the Old Schedule, may obtain the New Updated/Revised Schedule by producing a letter of authority from the Company. The minutes of the pre-bid conference will also be uploaded by 24.03.2010. These minutes will constitute part of the Tender Document |

| The correction slip forms part of the Tender Document of Tender No. Civil/1882 and therefore must be returned by the tenderer duly signed, in token of acceptance while submitting this tender as in the case of all pages of tender document.
