| Corrigendum No. 1 dated 01.04.2010 to the Tender Document of Tender No. Civil/1885 for “Execution of Civil Engineering works of PSC viaduct between Noapara and Dum Dum Cantonment and various civil works at Noapara in connection with Integration of Airport Line with Metro Railway.” |

1. A pre-bid conference was held on 01.04.2010 in connection with the above tender. Based on the unanimous request from all the Tenderers attended, the date of opening of the instant tender is deferred to 23.04.2010 instead of 13.04.2010. The time of submission and opening of the same will remain unchanged.

| 2. Accordingly the Tender Document will be sold upto 1800 hrs of 22.04.2010. |

| 3. The minutes of Pre-bid meeting will be uploaded at the web site of Metro Railway ( www.kolmetro.com ) by 07.04.2010. All the Tenderers who have physically purchased the Tender Document may obtain the Corrigendum and minutes of the Pre-bid meeting by producing a letter of authority from the company or, download the same from the above site. |

4. These minutes and correction slip will constitute a part of the tender document and therefore must be returned by the tenderer duly signed in token of acceptance alongwith their tender. |
