| In continuation to the earlier corrigenda regarding Tender No. MRTS/ SC-593/15(ISS)/Pt.I, published on 11.02.2010, 18.02.2010, 19.03.2010, 11.04.2010, 30.04.2010 & 09.05.2010, following is notified to all concerned. |

| 1. Clause No. 1.3 of the tender notice should be read as - Quotations for all the services/products as mentioned in the Tender will be accepted from a single company or a Joint Venture firm/Consortium. If the bid is from a Joint Venture firm/Consortium, such a bid should satisfy the conditions laid down at Annexure H. |

| 2. The term Joint Venture wherever appearing in the tender document should be taken to mean Joint Venture/Consortium. |
| |
| All other terms & conditions spelt out in the tender shall stand good. |
