“Any other item of works not provided in the above schedule but are required to be carried out for satisfactory execution of work as per E.Rly. Schedule of Labour and Materials Rates, 2005 (Sealdah Division) (Basic Cost Rs. 1,00,000/- + 7% above, total = Rs. 1,07,000/-)”.
