The president of India , acting through the Dy. Chief Electrical Engineer/RS, Metro Railway, Kolkata invites sealed Tenders for the following works, from bona fide, reliable and established Transporters of repute, having adequate experience, expertise, capacity and official set up at Kolkata and having Commercial License for hiring of vehicle. The Company have to posses sufficient no. of vehicles so that one can be replaced in case of break – down of other.

The Vehicle shall have sitting arrangement for the four passengers (excluding the Driver). |

Issue of Tender document will not however, automatically mean that Tenderer is fully qualified and Metro Railway reserves the right of assessing the capacity and capability of the Tenderer to execute the contemplated contract, should the circumstances so warrant. |

The Tender Document (NOT TRANSFERABLE) is to be obtained in person from the office of the Chief Electrical Engineer/RS, Dum Dum Car Depot Complex, Metro Railway, Kolkata-700090 on any working day (Monday to Friday from 10.00 hrs. to 17.30 hrs and Saturday from 10.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs) on the production of cash receipt for the sum as stated above, towards the cost of the Tender document, after depositing the amount with FA & CAO/ Cash & Pay, Metro Railway, Metro Bhavan (1 st floor), 33/1, J.L. Nehru Road, Kolkata – 700071 against the Head of Allocation 9365299 on any working day (Monday to Friday).
